MEET RYAN

Why I started Ryan Kinzer Events

Ryan Kinzer Events was created with the goal of helping couples have a planning experience that feels organized, enjoyable, and true to their vision.

After working in the wedding industry and building relationships with so many incredible vendors, I wanted to create a business where I could use my experience to support couples throughout the planning process. From helping bring ideas together to managing the details behind the scenes, my goal is to make the experience feel smooth, exciting, and stress-free.

One of my favorite parts of a wedding day is seeing everything come together—the months of planning, the thoughtful details, and a team of talented vendors working together to create something special. Being able to be part of that process and help bring a couple’s vision to life is what makes this industry so rewarding.

I’m incredibly grateful for the wedding community I’ve become a part of and excited for what’s ahead with Ryan Kinzer Events.

  • Full Service Wedding Planning is designed for couples who want support from start to finish. From design and vendor coordination to timelines, logistics, and wedding day management, this package allows you to enjoy your engagement knowing every detail is thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed.

  • Partial Service Wedding Planning is perfect for couples who want professional guidance throughout the planning process while remaining more hands-on with the details. I'll be here to provide vendor recommendations, attend key planning meetings, offer advice when decisions arise, and help keep everything organized and on track. From timelines and logistics to wedding day coordination, I'll help ensure all of the pieces come together seamlessly so you can enjoy both the planning process and your wedding day.

  • For couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to bring it all together, month-of coordination provides support during the final weeks leading up to the big day. I’ll help finalize timelines, confirm vendors, organize details, and ensure everyone is on the same page. On your wedding day, I’ll manage the timeline, coordinate vendors, oversee the details, and handle any unexpected moments so you can relax, be present, and fully enjoy your day.
